Autorenporträt
As an Adult Nurse Practitioner, I saw patients with a variety of problems. However, my training and experience didn't prepare me for the day I became the patient, grappling with ME/CFS, a debilitating systemic disease that has no apparent cause or treatment. Less than two years later, I was unable to continue working in a profession I loved. Using the methods in this book, I went from being barely able to care for myself to having the ability to research and write this resource. Now, I want to help others achieve similar results.
