Gwen Lacy, born 1928 - d 2007 was a proud wife, mother, grandmother, and lover of God and people. She led a fulfilling life: a board member of several churches and schools, she also volunteered, wrote, and produced programs. She taught Kindergarten for several years and later worked as a substitute teacher. She was a "mover and a shaker," changing views and ways of doing things leaving people happy that she'd been there. In her later years, she volunteered as a docent and remained active until Parkinson's slowed her path. Still, she continued to write plays, music, poems, and short stories, while keeping in touch with family and friends. She wrote several other books including "God's Miracle (Riding the Rainbow)" and "Trail Off Prickly Ridge" (to be published posthumously). Her family and friends deeply loved and appreciated her, and all deeply miss her.
