Marionette Simmons lives in Bermuda with her beautiful teenage daughter, Kelly who keeps her on her toes, as teenager's do. Fearlessly, this has not discouraged or deterred her from writing what is on her mind or from encouraging someone to live, laugh and have fun. In fact, quite the contrary. It has been her 'Saving Grace'. For Marionette, these have been most humbling and gratifying experiences, as she considers herself an average woman with ordinary dreams, slowly blossoming into her reality. She has had opportunity to share with others over the past few years, her published works of art, 'Life Challenges, Experiences and Blessing' and her second book, 'God's Promises for the Family Circle', that consist of her collaborations of poetry, prayers and word search. She is honored to have received the Trafford Publishing Gold Seal of Literary Excellence for 'Life's Challenges Experiences and Blessings', as well as a flattering review by John E. Roper of The US Review of Books, as he compared her writing to that of Helen Steiner Rice.
