Produktbeschreibung
The Generali Group in Germany has set itself the goal of developing a modern and uniform output management system across the entire group. For this reason, the group project GEOS ('Generali Output Management System') was launched. This involves replacing the old systems and building them on a new functional and technical basis. The GEOS project has decided to award certain components of the new system to external service providers through a tender process. This thesis deals with best practices in cooperation with external service providers. Best practices from various process models are compared and discussed using the example of the ASF migration ('Application Support Facility') project. The aim of this thesis is to develop a concept of best practices for efficient collaboration with external service providers that have an impact on costs, time, quality, scope, risks and resources.
