In this book, the significant paradigm shift brought about by bioceramic sealers in endodontics has been thoroughly explored, highlighting their superior properties and profound impact on treatment outcomes. Their inherent biocompatibility, coupled with a unique bioactivity that promotes hydroxyapatite formation and a strong chemical bond with dentin, unequivocally positions them as a gold standard in root canal obturation. The discussions within this work have consistently demonstrated how the sustained alkalinity and dimensional stability of these materials contribute to a highly predictable and durable hermetic seal, thereby minimizing microleakage and fostering an environment conducive to periapical tissue healing. Ultimately, this dissertation concludes that the integration of bioceramic sealers not only elevates the success rates of endodontic procedures but also opens new avenues for truly regenerative approaches in clinical practice.
