Santoshkumar C.Kedar travaille actuellement comme chercheur associé dans le cadre du projet de surveillance et de conseil sur les ravageurs des cultures au département d'entomologie agricole de l'université agricole VN Marathwada (Maharashtra), en Inde. Il a obtenu son doctorat en entomologie avec une bourse du CSIR à l'université agricole CCS Haryana (Haryana) en Inde.
