The present issue contains three key note lectures from the IIBA conference 2005 at Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA, by V. Wink Hilton, R. Robbins and M. Maley, and five original articles by E. Tuccillo, D. Guest, M. Koemeda-Lutz, A. Lethin and B. Shapiro.
