Basile ANYIA ENYEGUE is a Cameroonian from the Centre region. He holds a Ph.D. in the History of International Relations. A lecturer and researcher in the Department of History and Heritage Conservation at the University of Ebolowa, he is a member of several learned societies and the author of several books.
