Time is the essence of how we find ourselves out of rhythm with our own life. Bold Freedom is a method that guides you to Time Mastery, while upgrading your physiology simultaneously. Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner (Naturopath), Myotherapist, Health Sciences Researcher. Lover of kayaking and bushwalking in Tasmania, bike riding, Yoga and whole-food cooking. Lesley trained as an Ayurvedic medicine practitioner in Australia for three years with master Ashtavaidyan A.N. Narayanan Nambi MD (Ayu) Kerala India, Ray Noronha, Dr Vishnu Pillai and Dr Bosco Paul. Lesley learnt languages and kitchen pharmacy from immersion into many Asian cultures and traditions while living in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China and India. She's lived in cities, regional and rural towns in Australia, which added invaluable experience about human behaviour and a variety of health conditions. With a caring practical approach over ten years, Lesley has helped people from as young as two to ninety three years of age with a broad range of health conditions. From digestive issues and acne, to insomnia and Parkinson's disease, Lesley works with the human body's natural ability to heal deeply and sustainably. Since 2001 Lesley has co-authored a cook book (out of print), held workshops in Ayurvedic Theory, Cooking and Massage, completed trainings in Health Coaching and Aged Care, consulted and cooked for commercial kitchens and events and established two health clinics in Australia. She's been a rural fire fighter and created two start ups, which aimed to provide people with healthier product options for the home, and to connect well-being professionals with each other for mentoring and resource sharing. Lesley founded Ayur Botanicals clinic and herbal range and hosted the Radical Ayurveda Podcast. After a few years the businesses were streamlined through the central hub of Tiny House Ayurveda. In 2021, Lesley made sure all her patients and students were referred to the best care and wound down the business. She went on to support her peers in the health sector and the people who rely on the health system, by affecting positive change as a health sciences researcher at Torrens University Australia. She lives in a semi off grid tiny house in Tasmania, Australia and makes pure beeswax candles for local stores from her small business South West Tasmania Candles (IG @swtasmaniacandles).
