A powerful and inspiring memoir detailing how Lili Road triumphed over chronic pain using self-discovery, therapeutic techniques, and a determination to reclaim her life. Lili Road has faced many battles—bullying, anorexia, and the relentless pursuit of a dream that led her onto the stage. She built a life of passion and resilience, balancing family and a thriving musical career. But just when everything seemed to be going well, a sharp pain in her back changed everything. What began as discomfort spiraled into a relentless ordeal of chronic pain, surgeries, and despair. With her foot paralyzed and her body betraying her, Lili found herself at rock bottom, believing her once-active life was over. But what if healing wasn’t just about the body? Through tireless research, self-exploration, and a refusal to accept defeat, Lili discovered that the key to overcoming pain lay within. Breaking Free from Chronic Pain is both a deeply personal testimony and a revolutionary approach to healing—one that challenges conventional medicine and offers a new way forward. The author's method combines neuroscience, emotional healing, and holistic therapies to reprogram the brain and break free from suffering. This book is not just about pain—it’s about transformation. It is for anyone who has felt trapped by their body, their past, or the weight of suffering. It offers hope, resilience, and a powerful reminder that suffering is not inevitable. Healing is possible. And the best part of your story is yet to be written.
Lili Road hails from the French Lille region, though her journey has taken her far and wide. After a formative detour to Canada, she earned a Master’s in International Management from SKEMA Business School and a Diplom-Kauffrau from Fachhochschule Osnabrück in Germany. Her career began in the textile industry of Hauts-de-France, a path that opened doors to global opportunities. Beyond her professional endeavors, Lili’s passion for music shines brightly. With over 70 compositions shared online, her creative talent continues to resonate with audiences. Among her accomplishments, a standout project includes an exceptional duet written and recorded with Michaël Jones—singer and former guitarist of Jean-Jacques Goldman—soon to be unveiled. A multi-talented entrepreneur, Lili Road has also made a significant impact in the field of art therapy. Graduating with honors from the Faculté Libre de Médecine de Lille, she has further enriched her expertise with certifications in PRT, yoga, meditation, NLP, and hypnotherapy. Her innovative therapeutic approaches have earned her multiple accolades. Balancing her personal and professional life with grace, Lili juggles her role as a mother with teaching English at the University of Lille. Her journey is a testament to her ability to embrace life’s many dimensions with passion, purpose, and—always—a beaming smile.
