The objectives of the study are to determine the role of exogenous and endogenous factors in the development of breast cancer and to create a prognostic model for assessing individual risk factors. It has been shown that when forming groups at increased risk of developing breast cancer, it is necessary to take into account medical and demographic factors: age, endocrine and metabolic changes caused by concomitant diseases, hereditary predisposition, marital status, menstrual and reproductive functions, background diseases and breast injuries.

Nina Georgievna Gordadze wurde 1951 geboren. Sie absolvierte das Staatliche Medizinische Institut Tiflis, promovierte 1983 zum Kandidat der Medizinwissenschaften und 2003 zum Doktor der Medizinwissenschaften. Sie arbeitet am Institut für Morphologie der Staatlichen Universität Tiflis und ist Leiterin der Abteilung für Translationale Biomedizin.
