Juan Carlos Romero Díaz wurde in Kuba geboren. Seinen Bachelor-Abschluss in Pädagogik machte er 2005. Seinen Master-Abschluss in Didaktik der spanischen Sprache und Literatur machte er 2015. Er unterrichtet spanische Literatur an der Universität von Guyana. Derzeit promoviert er in Erziehungswissenschaften an der Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana in Mexiko.
