Janet Lynn Garcia is a United States Marine Corps Veteran, author, and motivational speaker. Having earned her master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Coaching and Mentoring from Regent University, Janet is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from the same university’s School of Business & Leadership. Janet is a life coach and a volunteer lay minister with Chesapeake Jail Ministries, part of the Sheriff's Department, Support Services, and Nurture Block Program, encouraging spiritual nourishment and teaching leadership development to twelve women each week. Her compelling journey overcoming life’s challenges was featured on the CBN 700 Club in 2018. Her story – emerging from a troubled childhood marked by divorce, parental substance abuse, and time in foster care – radiates with her transformative encounter with the unconditional love of Jesus Christ. Today, Janet inspires her audience to liberate themselves from the regrets of past failures, the blame game, victim mentality, and discover their identities to live purposeful lives with no regrets.
