Dr Chaitanya Niphadkar¿s (widely known as Dr Krishna) research journey started in the UK whilst at Lancaster University in 2008. Currently, he is associated with various academic institutions that include the National School of Leadership (India), Open University of Mauritius and the Charles Telfair Institute (Mauritius) and contributes towards research areas that include Leadership, Human Resources, Strategy, Organizational Development, inter alia. Dr Krishna is affiliated to international bodies such as the Australian Institute of Management Western Australia (AIMWA) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD, UK). He also holds a professional certification in ¿Learning and Development¿ from the International Correspondence School, Glasgow, Scotland. Dr Krishnäs industry experience is mainly within the field of Human Resources in sectors like banking, construction, training and consulting too.
