Paul is a small business adviser and entrepreneur. What he brings to the table is unique: An entrepreneur, business owner, sales, construction, and engineering view on how to take your business to the next level. His passion is helping people realize their full potential, and helping their businesses do the same. Paul started HVAC Systems and Solutions Ltd. in 1999 in the basement of his house and grew it to $15M in sales and 23 employees before selling it in 2015. He had a 13-year Sales Engineering career, then started his own HVAC rep firm in Vancouver. Paul was one of three founders of SHARC Energy Systems (CSE: SHRC) where he shared his sales and technical expertise during startup of this Industry leading, wastewater energy saving technology. He is a 14-year veteran of The Alternative Board (TAB). He learned that core issues in small businesses are the same, whether it's a trucking company, a consulting business a bowling alley, or an HVAC Custom Equipment Supplier.
