Issa Martin BIKIENGA: ingénieur et économiste, a piloté plusieurs projets et études en lien avec les changements climatiques au Burkina Faso. Il a été Ministre de l'agriculture du Burkina Faso. Actuellement, il est consultant en développement rural et membre de l'Académie Nationale des Sciences, des Arts et des Lettres du Burkina Faso (ANSAL-BF).
