Dr. Azwa Abdul Aziz is an Associate Professor at Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia, where she leads the Smart Technology and Systems Research Cluster. She holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, and specializes in AI, data science, and business intelligence. Dr. Azwa is the founder and CEO of Dataspeak Analytica Sdn. Bhd., a university spin-off focused on AI-driven social media and branding analytics. A key contributor to innovation in higher education, Dr. Azwa introduced the concept of Educational Intelligence—a data-driven framework that empowers academic institutions to enhance decision-making and student outcomes through integrated AI and business intelligence tools. This concept was further expanded in the doctoral thesis of Men Chen at the University of Bedfordshire, offering a comprehensive model for strategic intelligence in education. Dr. Azwa continues to champion interdisciplinary approaches to digital transformation in academia, media, and heritage-based communities. Dr. Julaily Aida Jusoh is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Informatics and Computing, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia. She holds a PhD in Computer Science from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Her expertise includes Software Engineering, Data Mining, Requirements Engineering, and Database Systems. She actively involved in teaching undergraduate courses such as Formal Methods, Software Engineering, Database, and Software Project Management. Dr. Julaily is also contributes to research, particularly in Pattern Mining, User Engagement in the Virtual Environment, Shariah-Compliant Human Milk Bank and User Modelling and Relevance Feedback. Associate Professor Dr. Wan Suryani Wan Awang serves at the Faculty of Informatics and Computing, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Malaysia. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cardiff University, United Kingdom, and brings over 28 years of experience in academia. Her research interests include distributed systems, advanced database, the Internet of Things (IoT), and machine learning. Dr. Wan Suryani is deeply dedicated to advancing the fields of computer science and information technology through impactful teaching, innovative research, and meaningful academic collaboration.
