Dr. Bidisha Banerji is an Associate Professor and Deputy Director at the Amity Institute of Public Policy, Amity University, Noida, India. She earned her PhD in Public Policy and Public Administration from George Washington University, Washington, DC, USA, where she was awarded the prestigious Selective Excellence Fellowship. Dr. Banerji is an accomplished academic, policy analyst, and consultant with a proven track record in academia and the think tank sector. Her research expertise spans many areas, including policy analysis, policy design, advocacy, sustainability, urban service delivery, urban geography, megacities, urban commons, and program evaluation. Dr. Banerji's scholarly work has been published extensively in leading academic journals. She has authored numerous articles, research papers, and book chapters that advance understanding in these critical areas of public policy. She has been recognized for her academic excellence with several accolades, including the ICSSR grant award for 2024. Dr. Banerji has also been a distinguished speaker at several high-profile national and international conferences, further establishing her as a thought leader. Her interdisciplinary approach to public policy and commitment to impactful research continue to shape the discourse on sustainable urban development and governance. Sheetal Sharma is an Associate Professor at the Centre for European Studies, School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. Dr. Sharma has been awarded the JNU Research Excellence Award for outstanding contribution and excellence in the field of Social Sciences and Humanities for the year 2018-19 in the Young Scholars Category. She is the recipient of a number of projects funded by the European Commission under the Framework of Erasmus+ Program - Jean Monnet Activities.
