Michele Roys is an author, podcaster, and speaker dedicated to fostering human connection. With a background in human resources and leadership across four continents, she has worked in ten countries, helping individuals and organizations thrive. Previously, Michele co-founded Hope in Motion, a nonprofit in Ireland dedicated to empowering communities. Though illness led her to step away, her passion for service continues through her writing, podcasting, and advocacy for those living with chronic pain and invisible illness. A graduate of the University of Limerick with first-class honors in HR and Entrepreneurship, she was recognized with multiple Outstanding Scholar Awards from the Kemmy Business School. Michele now uses her platform to raise awareness and inspire others to rediscover joy despite chronic illness. She lives in Limerick, Ireland, with her husband and two teenage sons.
