Robert Cord Beatty-is a speaker, author, and recovery advocate whose life journey has become the foundation of his mission. Once successful in Hollywood and business, he lost everything to addiction, depression, and untreated mental health issues-ending up homeless before a life-saving spiritual awakening in 2010 turned his life around He went on to pursue a Master's in Psychology (specializing in addiction) at Purdue University, became a Christian minister, authored multiple books including How Free Do You Want to Be? and Desperation of a Dying Man, The Business Of Healing and founded Zion Healing Centers along with the nonprofit Ministry, Recovered Nation to bring faith-based, accessible recovery to those in need.
