The aim of this work is to present Candomblé in its ethnological sense, the most well-known nations, the deities in each nation, commonly called orixás, and to present these deities through the most popular nation presented to society: the Ketu nation. After explaining the main nations, the aim is to give a brief presentation of each one, showing how their deities are worshipped and to illustrate these deities in each nation, drawing a profile between the deities and the adepts initiated into Candomblé. Autorenporträt
Luis Claudio de Barros Pereira wurde am 8. November 1969 in Niterói/RJ geboren. Er schloss 1988 sein Studium als Elektrotechniker ab und ging zu den Streitkräften. Er ist zum zweiten Mal verheiratet und hat drei Kinder aus seiner ersten Ehe. Im Jahr 2015 schloss er sein Studium der Geschichte ab und plant, einen Master zu machen und anschließend zu promovieren. In seiner Freizeit widmet er sich der Forschung.
