Graydon's work became well known not just in the United States but also in the United Kingdom, where he eventually settled. His stories contributed significantly to the popularity of serialized fiction during his era. He passed away on 5 April 1946 in Cornwall, United Kingdom, leaving behind a substantial legacy that influenced generations of readers and writers in popular literature.
