She currently teaches at a community college in British Columbia, Canada, where she draws on her extensive background in business education, administration, and professional development. With over forty years of experience in both corporate and academic settings, she offers a unique combination of practical expertise and genuine mentorship to her students.She holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction and has dedicated much of her career to empowering learners of all ages to embrace education not only as a pathway to opportunity but also as a lifelong journey of growth. Beyond the classroom, Dr. Blake loves teaching, family gatherings, and weaving humour, faith, and memories of her rural childhood into every occasion.
