Eugene E. Williams is an author, publisher, screenwriter, and visionary. He founded Payroll Publishing in 2006 and grew it from a self-built independent publishing brand into a modern creative tech company. Over two decades, he has written and published multiple books, operated retail locations in major malls across multiple states, earned a bachelor's degree from Wayne State University and an M.F.A. in Screenwriting from the New York Film Academy. His achievements have earned significant recognition - including several television interviews throughout the 2006-2016 decade, national magazine features, a full cover story and feature interview in Michigan Front Page Magazine, the MAACE Award for adult literacy, and the "Best Publishing Company" honor and award in 2016. A master of narrative and nuance, Mr. Williams brings a cinematic eye and a business mind to everything he touches. As Payroll Publishing grew under his leadership, he signed and developed a roster of authors published under the PRP banner. Mr. Williams also offered printing and production services to independent writers across Michigan, helping countless writers bring their manuscripts to life. Over time, Payroll Publishing employed more than one hundred people across its various locations and operations, becoming one of the region's most active and influential publishing companies. Today, Mr. Williams leads Payroll Publishing into its next era-advancing publishing, entertainment, Web3 blockchain technologies, interactive media, and future-forward storytelling systems. His mission remains clear: to impact the world through words-one million books at a time, with Purpose, Reinvention, and Power.
