This book has examined the most important determinants of migration (push and pull factors) on the Gamo people form Southern Ethiopia National Regional State to Addis Ababa - capital city of Ethiopia. In addition, the book has identified the peculiar work culture of the migrant Gamo people. It also has provided relevant evidences regarding the consequences of migration on the socioeconomic lives of migrants themselves as well as areas of origin and destination.
Autorenporträt
Belay Tsega has obtained his master of Arts Degree in Geography and Environmental Studies in 2007 from Addis Ababa University. Since then he has been teaching several geography and environment related courses in Debremarkos College of Teachers' Education, Ethiopia.
