A native Californian, Dr. Bill Effler has enjoyed a forty-year career as a pastor, university professor, counselor, presenter and author. His previously published books include, Out From the Shadows, Biblical Counseling Revealed in the Story of Creation, and Resilient, Tools for Getting Up After Life Knocks You Down. Most recently Dr. Effler has published two children's books, The Kite, Learning to Fly Again, and The Playground, Life Lessons Not Learned in a Book.
