The book contains information about a fundamentally new machine for constructing shotcrete support. The novelty lies in the fact that compressed air is not used to apply the shotcrete mixture and supply materials. For the first time, a machine has been created for shotcreting horizontal workings using the centrifugal force of a special supercharger powered by a hydraulic motor. Produktbeschreibung
The book presents materials on laboratory research into the effectiveness of the proposed method of constructing shotcrete support, as well as a computer study of the parts most vulnerable to wear using the Ansys program. This machine makes it possible to eliminate the use of compressed air for shotcrete support, which saves approximately twice as much energy, reduces cement consumption by half, and increases productivity by two to three times. In addition, it is possible to apply a layer of concrete up to 200 mm thick in a single pass.
