Dr. Paulinus Sikosana is a Medical doctor, a Public Health Specialist and International Consultant with extensive experience in health systems development and management in developing country settings. He was a Secretary for Health and has worked in Botswana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, South Africa, Zambian, Zimbabwe, and Papua New Guinea.
