As a young adult today it is very easy to feel inferior and lost. Floating without control through life. All of us are being pushed around by the powerful winds of social comparison and the roaring waves of toxic influences. All of these conditions are creating a group of young adults who are struggling to find their way and achieve happiness. Everyone expects us to have everything figured out, but we have no guide on how to achieve fulfillment. This literature has provided the steps to success that every young adult can benefit from. Through these chapters you will be given the playbook to winning against life's negative experiences. Written for you, by an individual who understands you, with examples you can relate to. Only through mental fortification can we regain control of our ship and find our way to the shores of fulfillment. There is only one way to do this. We must Change Our Mind, to Change Our Life.
