This is Chappell Roan, as the theatrical icon radiating and celebrating queer and creative energy. Uncover the world of Chappell Roan, the genre-defying pop artist and fierce visionary carving her own path in music. This must-have, beautifully illustrated book captures Chappell's extraordinary journey from her roots in Missouri to headlining shows that showcase her voice, lyrics, and electric personality. Emerging from small-town beginnings to become one of today's most celebrated rising stars, Chappell brings a refreshing blend of vulnerability, unapologetic queerness, and confidence to the stage--quickly becoming a voice of her generation. Known for her authentic approach to songwriting, Chappell shares her story through anthemic tracks that resonate deeply with fans worldwide. After gaining attention with her breakout single "Pink Pony Club," she has built a body of work that celebrates self- expression, embracing one's true identity and revelling in life's highs and lows. This book dives deep into her creative process, the stories behind her most iconic songs, and the fashion evolution that has made her a style icon both on and off stage.
