He is the founder of Heritage Writers Community, former officerof Tuleburg Press, author of two novels, and published short stories and poetry. He served as a County Commissioner, Ombudsman, andCommunity Action Board member.Earlier in his career, he worked as a mathematician and computer analyst providing management consulting to state and local governments. He now lives and writes from Stockton, California.
