Twin sisters Harper and Paige are about to start their first day of middle school. Harper has always had a larger body than Paige, and that has kept her from trying physical activities. But Harper's perspective changes when a new gym teacher shares her own story of living in a bigger body. With the teacher's encouragement, Harper learns to love running, and what she discovers about herself is far greater than the simple fun of exercise. She gains friends, confidence, and an appreciation for everything her body does for her.
