Kubick launched Cheese Sex Death in 2015 as a blog and has amassed a following of more than 50,000 readers. Cheese Sex Death has since evolved into a cheese advocacy and events company, offering tastings, classes, private parties, merch, and more. Kubick lives in Chicago.
