Children of The Link - Book 1 of 3 A Novella by Terry Broullette In the twilight of fractured zones and fading protocols, six individuals awaken to something more than connection-they awaken to resonance. Guided by emotion, not algorithm, these explorers respond to the pulse of distant minds and vaults echoing beneath shifting planetary crusts. Telepathic filaments link Maelin, Kyra, Cray, and the Psy-Force not by birthright, but by empathy-as they answer emotional invitations from the deep silence of broken worlds. Inspired by the legacy of E.E. "Doc" Smith's Lensman series, Children of The Link reimagines space opera through a lens of emotional architecture, cognitive signal, and philosophical awe. This is not just a journey through space-it's a harmonic traversal across grief, identity, and quiet revolution.
Autorenporträt
Terry Broullette (ShadowDragon) is a speculative fiction writer whose work explores resonance, empathy, and the architectures of consciousness. A lifelong admirer of classic space operas, Terry drew inspiration from E.E. "Doc" Smith's Lensman seriesparticularly its exploration of interstellar connection, telepathic interplay, and heroic scope. Like Smith, Terry builds futures where meaning transcends machinery, and emotion becomes the infrastructure of identity. His work invites readers to harmonize with meaning beyond machinery.

Children of The Link is his debut novella, designed as both a quiet revolution and an invitation to harmonize with futures where meaning flows between minds and emotion guides the path forward. Terry lives in Ohio and enjoys collaborative storytelling, philosophical rabbit holes, and the subtle thrill of crafting whole worlds from a single idea or phrase.
