Zhanchun Feng: National second-class professor and doctoral supervisor. Director of the Rural Health Service Research Center at Hubei Key Humanities and Social Science Base, and Director of the Hubei Health Technology Evaluation Research Center; Executive Director and Vice Chair of the Basic Health Economics Committee of the China Health Economics Society, Vice Chair of the Health Information Standard Professional Committee of the China Health Information and Medical Health Big Data Society, Vice Chair of the Disability Health Management Professional Committee of the Disability Development Research Society, President of the Hubei Health Economics Society, and Director of the Wuhan Medical Ethics Expert Committee. His research interests include health policy and management, health service management, hospital management, and medical security. He has presided over 1 national key research and development plan project, 3 national key research projects or sub-projects, and 7 National Natural Science Foundation projects. He has published more than 300 Chinese and English papers, and nearly 10 monographs and textbooks. He has won the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award in Health Management, and the Hubei Province Science and Technology Progress Award 7 times. He has long served as: course leader of “Fundamentals of Management” for undergraduates; instructor of “Contemporary Management”, “Public Health and Emergency Management”, and “Quality Management of Health Services” for postgraduate students; and instructor of “Public Health and Public Management Reform” for doctoral students at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He was appointed as the responsible professor for the undergraduate “Fundamentals of Management” course and head of the university-level teaching team for the postgraduate “Contemporary Management” course at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Juyang Xiong: Ph.D., Associate Professor, and doctoral supervisor; a postdoctoral fellow at Columbia University, USA. He is currently the director of the MPA Center of School of Medical and Health College, HUST. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research on chronic disease service and management, Behavioral Health Economics and Long-term Care Insurance policy. He has presided over more than 20 major projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, the Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education, and the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has published more than 100 academic papers in core journals such as Social Science and Medicine, PLOS Medicine, BMC Public Health, BMC Health Services Research, Patient Preference and Adherence, and Archives of Public Health. He has authored two monographs and participated in compiling five books and textbooks. Xiaofeng Zhao, female, holds a master’s degree in economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She is now an associate researcher and Associate Dean of the School of International Education at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She has long been engaged in international education, with rich experience in the recruitment, training, and management of international students.
