Autorenporträt
Prof. Tao MA is Dean of Business School at Harbin Institute of Technology, doctoral supervisor, and visiting professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen). He is Chief Expert of major projects funded by the National Social Science Fund. He focuses on China’s economy, digital economy, and industrial layout.  Tiantian Wang is a Ph.D. candidate at the Business School, Harbin Institute of Technology. Her research interests focus on regional economy, manufacturing productivity, and industrial layout.  Jian Zhang is Senior Researcher at Fujian Electronic Information Application Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., and a senior member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. He has extensive experience in semiconductor research and digital economy, and has contributed to major provincial and national projects, including policy design for the integrated circuit industry.
