Author Myra Christensen is known as Farm Grandma by her grandchildren. For twenty-five years she lived on a small farm and had the experiences which inspire her stories. She loves writing stories for children about the cows, goats, miniature horses, and other animals she and her husband have raised. Her hobbies are, gardening, cooking, and traveling in her RV to beautiful parks in America. She enjoys biking, hiking, exploring, and being in nature.Myra loves music. She has played in local orchestras, studied cello performance, and been a cello and piano teacher. Her current passion is learning to play the ukulele like her father who learned to play while he was living in Samoa.
