And if that ever happens... what then? How does a revival happen anyway? Slowly or all at once? In one place or in many? What would the effects be on the government, on the economy, on society? Would laws change? What would it mean for drug dealers? Or other trades? Would it be bad for business? Would things get better or worse? Let's speculate. What would people think? What would people say? If there really is a revival outside Europe and the US - then why has Britain missed out for so long? Who is to blame?
