Chris E. Baxter is a wife, mother, grandmother, author and speaker. One of her greatest pleasures is to encourage women in their "faith walk and prayer talk," whether it's in marriage, mothering, or life circumstances. Her book "The Heartbeat of God: 365 Daily Devotions" as well as other devotionals can be found on her website, www.respitefortheweary.com. Her current happy place is making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for her four young grandchildren, all the while playing kid's worship music and praying the lyrics over their sweet hearts.
