September 1967 in Kinshasa, Demokratische Republik Kongo, geboren.Er stammt aus dem Sektor Kivulu, Territorium Mbanza-Ngungu, Bezirk Cataractes in der Provinz Zentral-Kongo.Bachelor of Arts in Öffentlichem Recht an der Universität Kongo.Rechtsanwalt in der Anwaltskammer von Zentralkongo seit 1998 - bis heute.
