Nicholette was born into a military family. They moved around a lot, and she had a hard time adjusting to new schools. Her parents were abusive and she was neglected. She suffered from PTSD and spent her young adult life getting therapy to help her with her traumas. She felt a need to create a better and safer world. Nicholette wants to help people heal and have a happier loving life, not just as individuals but as communities. She believes there are just two paths - fear and love. It is her dream and her hope that you will resonate with the ideas in this book and implement the changes it presents to help people see and live life differently, in order to heal our collective hearts. Nicholette is not a therapist, but she knows we are all looking for the same things: Peace of mind and a safe environment to live in. Above all, peace comes from within.
