This text is part of the thesis for the degree in Educational Sciences of the University of Granma, Cuba. The research evidences the improvement of the Cuban institutional curriculum, which allows obtaining quantitatively and qualitatively superior results regarding the performance of students in the pioneer organization that militates, in the construction of the group and institutional educational project, the networking of institutions, agencies and agents of the formative socio-cultural context. The strategy can be introduced in the programs and methodological orientations of the discipline Education for Civic Life, which makes possible the improvement of the formative process in Basic Secondary Education, from enhancing the development of the group and institutional educational projects, thus obtaining qualitatively superior results in terms of the performance of the agents and agencies involved in its materialization, as part of the networking, in correspondence with the Third Improvement of the National Education System.
