Born and raised in Los Angeles, Bonnie Hardy is an educator, curriculum writer, musician, and preacher. A lover of libraries and literacy, she directed the Pilgrim Literacy Center in Carlsbad, CA before moving to the desert in 2017.As a retired military spouse, Bonnie has lived and worked in Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland, San Diego, and Twentynine Palms. Her work has been published in Christian Century, Presence: An International Journal for Spiritual Direction, and with Pilgrim Press.Since 2020, Bonnie has penned two cozy mystery series set in small towns connected by the Palms to Pines Highway. She is best known for her inspired character development and for weaving fast-paced whodunits with plots drawn from real-life headlines.
