Dr. Ewelike was born 20th June,1976 in Mbano in Imo State. He is a graduate of the University of Calabar with a bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery. MBA from NOUN. MPH and MIAD from ABU, Zaria. He is a Public Health Physician and Health Economist with Nigerian Government.
