But the primary question is: What is the level of teacher's pedagogical knowledge in CLT procedure? Many teachers do not have detailed information about the subject of modern techniques of language teaching (CLT), which in the present time is claimed to be taught in high schools. On the other hand, for the reason of absence in distinctive budget and coherent planning, all teachers who teach English in high schools do not have college education in this field. To eliminate this problem, the department of education and training has taken measures of holding training classes for the teachers while on duty, which is necessary but not sufficient. This book is written in order to address these problems.
