Produktbeschreibung
The aim of this book is to reflect on cooperativism, a topic that is being widely discussed as an alternative form of organisation in the face of the challenges of the current economic context. The changes that have taken place in the world of work over time have led to cooperatives gaining ground as an alternative way of accessing the labour market and building new, emancipatory and inclusive social relations. The analysis focused on the new cooperative approach, known as solidarity, aimed at creating an economic environment based on solidarity, co-operation and self-management. In this context, the aim was to show the implementation and evolution of a solidarity-based rural credit co-operative for family farmers in the town of Grandes Rios, in the Ivaí Valley region, in the north of the state of Paraná, known as CRESOL Grandes Rios.
