Marvin Henry served as Professor of Education and Chairperson of Curriculum and Instruction at Indiana State University where he was also a supervisor of student teachers and field director for student teaching. He is a former president and a distinguished member of the Association of Teacher Educators as well as a recipient of its Outstanding Program in Teacher Education award. Ann Weber served as Instructional Assistant Professor in teacher education at Illinois State University. She collaborated with cooperating teachers while supervising hundreds of student teachers and was also the innovator in developing and teaching an online course in the supervision of student teachers.
