H.Khelalfa is a researcher in Civil, Geotechnical & Coastal Engineering,has studied at Jijel University in Algeria. He has worked in different international projects in the field of civil engineering.He is the author of several science articles and he is a reviewer of an international journal.He also owns a company (K.E.C) in same field since 2013.
