Alice Medalia, PhD, is Professor of Medical Psychology and Director of Psychiatric Rehabilitation at Columbia University Medical Center, and Clinical Director of Cognitive Health Services at New York State Office of Mental Health. She is an international leader in the field of psychiatric rehabilitation and is best known for her work treating cognitive deficits in people with psychiatric disorders. Christopher R. Bowie, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and Professor at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, and an Independent Scientist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health in Toronto, Ontario. His laboratory and clinical work focus on the treatment of cognitive disorders in people with mental illness.
