After years of watching her father suffer from Alzheimer's disease, Melissa has spent most of her adult life thinking about the disease, reading about it, and wondering what it all could mean for her. In this book she shares vivid memories of her dad's unusual behavior and how it affected her growing up.To help others dealing with Alzheimer's, she created this book that walks through the stages of the disease as she experienced them. She poses provocative questions to help readers examine their emotions and express their feelings as a source of healing and support for dealing with Alzheimer's. Melissa is a product marketer in the tech industry and resides in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband Jeff. Together, they have four wonderful children and one amazing grandson.
